Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour with Signature - £5 
Delivery within 2-3 working days

International Standard - £10 
Delivery to Europe within 3-5 working days

International Tracked and Signed - £14 
Delivery to Europe within 3-5 working days

We will try to process your orders as soon as possible so please do bear with us but should you wish for delivery by a certain date, please contact us directly and we will see what we can do to deliver your order on time.

Orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

RETURNS 

Whilst we are confident you will love your purchase from h.huna, we do understand that you may change your mind, hence we do offer a no quibble returns and exchange policy. Upon receipt of your order we do offer 14 days for you to decide on your purchase and we do recommend you check over the products for any faults or damage upon receipt and only try the products on for fit taking care of the packaging in the process. To process your return, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Complete the returns form that came with your order and enclose it in your parcel with the item(s) you’re sending back. If you no longer have the form, please do send an email to enquiries@hhuna.com and we will send a copy over to you.
  2. All goods will need to be returned in original packaging with garment tags still attached. However, should products appear to have been used and worn or garments are not returned in the same condition as they were received, we may have to make deductions from any refund owing to you.
  3. Once packaged we recommend you obtain a proof of postage and tracking details for your security as until we receive the parcel back this will still be within your responsibility and we wish to ensure this will be hassle free.

Please note, we do not cover the costs of returned items unless the item you received was damaged.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that you used when ordering the products and within 14 days of the day from when we receive back the products. Please note shipping costs upon purchase are non-refundable.
